All sales made through our store are final — please double-check your order and shipping address before checkout, as we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges once an order ships.

If your order arrives defective or damaged, take photos and email us at support@greenwashsoap.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll do our best to send a replacement based on current inventory availability.
